Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Yuvia for the matrimony website, member area, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you confirm that you have read these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated with a primary focus on members in India. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must give a name, email address, and password that you are allowed to use.
• You are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity on your account.
• One person should not keep more than one member account.

You agree that the profile details, photos, and preferences you add are accurate and are yours to share. Our team reviews a profile before it can be discovered by other members. Approval can be refused or withdrawn if details are misleading, incomplete in a way that hides who you are, or break these Terms or the Community Guidelines.

Gender and date of birth are locked after a profile is approved, because other members rely on them. Contact support if a locked detail is wrong.

Matches, photos, phone numbers, and messages are shown only when the product’s privacy rules allow it. Photos follow the choice the member made. A phone number follows that member’s privacy setting. A conversation opens only after both people have accepted an interest.

You must not copy, publish, or sell another member’s information, photos, or messages. You must not contact someone outside the Service using details you were not given permission to use.

• Do not send harassment, threats, sexual content that was not invited, hate, or spam.
• Do not ask for money, investments, or gifts, or pretend to be someone else.
• Do not upload malware, scrape the Service, or try to bypass a privacy or safety control.
• Do not include phone numbers, email addresses, or links in places the product asks you not to.

Yuvia may warn, limit, or suspend an account that breaks these Terms or the Community Guidelines, or that creates a safety risk. You may request account deletion from your settings. Some records are kept where the law or a safety investigation requires it, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Write to support@yuvia.com. For a safety or privacy complaint, use the same address and include “Grievance” in the subject so it is handled as a grievance.
