Yuvia

Community Guidelines

How to treat other members, and how to report a problem.

Effective 10 October 2026

Purpose

How members are expected to treat each other on Yuvia.

Yuvia is for adults looking for a genuine match. These Community Guidelines sit alongside the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. Breaking them can lead to a removed message, a rejected photo, or a suspended account.

Respect and consent

Contact only happens when both people agree.

  • Send an interest first. Do not pressure someone who has declined or not replied.
  • A conversation is available only after both of you accept.
  • Stop if the other person asks you to stop.
  • Do not ask for intimate photos, money, or private documents.

Honest profiles

Use your own recent photos and true details.

Photos and written details should be of you, or of the person the profile is created for when that is stated. Do not use a celebrity photo, an old photo that misleads, or someone else’s life story.

Report a member or a message

How to ask the team to look at a problem.

  • In a chat, press and hold the other person’s message and choose Report. Add a short note if it helps.
  • You can also write to the grievance contact below. Include the member’s name as shown in the app and what happened. Do not forward intimate images.
  • Reports are reviewed by staff. We do not promise a particular outcome, and we may not be able to share the other member’s private details with you.

Grievance contact

Where to send a safety, privacy, or conduct complaint.

Email support@yuvia.com with the subject “Grievance”. Describe what happened, when it happened, and any message or profile you already reported in the app. This is the grievance contact for safety and privacy complaints about the Service.
